When it comes to opening, these gates know no limitations. Auroport’s slide folding gates are elegant and boast a pleasing design. They come with fully galvanised frames or panels and outstanding heat insulation and soundproofing. The complete width of the gate doesn’t need to be opened thanks to the vertical positioning of the wing elements, which result in considerable energy savings. The range of design options is open to your imagination, thanks to the varied gate panels available: glass, wood, sheet metals, air ventilation slats and much, much more.
The double gate opens and closes extremely quickly and flexibly. The advantages of our slide folding gates are their especially robust construction, low maintenance requirements, long-lasting lifespan, and their suitability for frequent opening. Consequently, these specific gates can be implemented in a number of locations. Slide folding gates are the preferred solution for underground parking lots featuring numerous parking spaces. They’re also found in industrial halls or used as hangar gates in airport and heliport hangars.
BASIC
Framework construction
Gate wings with a 2 mm thick, galvanised profile framework with integrated panels.
Sendzimir galvanised, sheet metal, 0.8 mm thick panels and enclosed on the front, filled with CFC-free PU hardfoam, B2 class in compliance with fire resistance class for insulation. Buckles and body in compliance with DIN 59232.
POLOTHERM
Construction of panels
Characterised by a modern design combined with outstanding heat insulation. Thermal transmittance values up to 1.4 W/m2K.
The finishes of the gate systems are all produced individually. Coilcoating lacquers are available in the following colours: RAL 9002, RAL 9006, RAL 9010 and RAL 7016. All other RAL and NCS colours can be order upon request as high-quality powder coating. The gate wings are comprised of 2 mm hot-dip galvanised inner opening profile frameworks, covered by strip galvanised 0.8 thick steel sheet metal. The whole surface of the gate panel doesn’t show any signs of welding and is completely made up of corrosion-resistant parts.
Insulation is guaranteed by filling the metal sheet coat with foam: 50 mm CFC-free hardfoam core. Double or triple glass glazing (UG values up to = 0.6 W/m2K) with a circular or rectangular Polotherm Plus glazing. With Polotherm Plus glazing, the glass panel is inserted directly into the gate leaf: this ensures no gaps are produced between the glass panel and wing insulation. The glass panel lies flush with the internal and external profiles (ca. 2 mm offset).
